Purchased products do not require physical delivery. Credits, premium membership and digital features are assigned electronically to the user account.
Digital invitations, memories and Save the Date pages are generated according to user-provided content and selected features.
2. Premium and Credit Rights
Premium may provide +10 invitations, +10 memories, +1 Save the Date and +10 credits each subscription cycle. Memory Museum, Weather, Falling Effects, Spotify preview and sound effects can be used without credit deduction while premium is active.
Credits may be used for custom video covers, cover photos, extra photo quota, guestbook packages, extra publishing and similar consumable digital rights. Non-premium users may also use credits for Spotify preview and sound effects.
3. Price, Payment and Delivery
The final price and payment terms are determined by the App Store, Google Play or relevant store payment screen.
When a purchase succeeds, credits or premium rights are assigned to the user account as soon as possible.
4. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Policy Violations
Cancellation and refund requests for digital content and in-app purchases are reviewed under the relevant store rules and applicable consumer laws.
Credits, consumed rights and premium feature uses are not refunded for content removed due to illegal or prohibited use.
