Terms of Use

1. Service Scope

CELENES helps users create, customize and share digital invitation, memory and Save the Date pages via link, QR and messaging, and manage RSVP responses, photo uploads, guestbook comments and similar event flows.

The web dashboard and mobile app work with the same account. Some features may be limited by free rights, premium rights or credits.

2. Account and Security

Users confirm that the phone number, full name and other account information they provide are accurate.

Users are responsible for keeping their account access, verification details and created links secure. Contact mail@celen.es if unauthorized use is suspected.

3. Free Plan, Premium and Credits

The free plan includes 1 invitation and 1 memory per month. Save the Date, extra publishing, media and some advanced add-ons may require credits.

Premium adds +10 invitations, +10 memories, +1 Save the Date and +10 credits each subscription cycle. Unused premium rights may roll over.

For premium users, Memory Museum, Weather, Falling Effects, Spotify preview and sound effects can be used without credit deduction while premium is active. Custom video covers, cover photos, photo quota, guestbook packages and similar extra actions may still require credits.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions and Store Rules

Credit packages and premium subscriptions may be offered through the in-app purchase systems of mobile app stores. App Store, Google Play or the relevant store rules apply to payment, renewal, cancellation and refund processes.

Subscription period, price, renewal information and payment terms are shown on the purchase screen. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the relevant store account.

5. User Content and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for invitations, memories, Save the Date pages, text, photos, videos, music/Spotify links, location, date/time, guest information and all content they create or share.

CELENES is not an editorial publisher that pre-approves user-created content for legality. Users must ensure accuracy, permissions, copyright compliance, privacy compliance and third-party rights compliance.

6. Prohibited and Illegal Use

Illegal, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-violating, copyright/trademark-infringing, spam/malware or platform-abusive content and actions are prohibited.

If such content or use is detected, content may be removed, hidden or restricted; access to features may be stopped; the account may be temporarily or indefinitely banned from the platform. Records may be shared with competent authorities where required.

7. No Refund for Policy Violations

Credits, consumed digital rights, publishing/preview actions and premium feature uses are not refunded for content removed due to illegal, prohibited, misleading or rights-infringing use.

Refunds for active subscriptions or store payments are reviewed under the relevant app store rules and applicable law; violating platform rules does not create a refund right by itself.

8. Storage Period and Memory Conversion

Invitations and Save the Date pages whose event date has arrived can be converted into a memory for 30 days after the event date. This conversion requires a one-time 5-credit charge.

Invitations and Save the Date records not converted within this 30-day period may be deleted from the server together with page data, guest photos, guestbook comments and related media files.

For memory pages converted from an event or created directly, CELENES provides at least a 1-year storage guarantee. After 1 year, memories may be reviewed for technical, security, legal, abuse-prevention, service-condition or reasonable platform-management reasons; CELENES aims to keep them available whenever possible.

9. Service Interruptions and Limitations

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, internet connection, hosting providers, app stores, third-party services such as maps/weather/Spotify, or force majeure.

CELENES cannot always control who users share invitation links with or how guests access a page.
