1. Data We Process

CELENES may process full name, phone number, profile/avatar choices, invitation/memory/Save the Date content, photo and video files, guest responses, comments, technical device data, IP/log records and transaction records.

Payment data is processed by the relevant app store or payment infrastructure. CELENES does not see full card details; it may process product identifiers, purchase results and entitlement records.

2. Purposes

Data is used to create accounts, publish pages, share links/QR codes, operate RSVP and photo upload features, apply credit/premium rights, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting, notification, analytics, support, app store, payment verification, maps, weather, media and technical infrastructure providers to the extent required for the service.

Records may be shared with public authorities or competent bodies if legally requested.

4. Retention, Deletion and Security

Invitations and Save the Date pages can be converted into a memory for 30 days after the event date; records and related media not converted within this period may be deleted. Memory pages are provided with at least a 1-year storage guarantee; after 1 year, storage conditions may be reviewed for technical, security, legal or platform-management needs.

Content deleted by the user is removed from active publication; backups or logs may be kept for a limited period for technical and legal requirements.
